What We’re Looking For?

Submit high-impact research abstracts aligned with GASR's interdisciplinary focus and global vision.

Submission Checklist:

• Language: English only
• Word Count: 200–250 words
• Author Bio: 100-word bio of the presenting author
• Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• Author Info: Include title, all author names, affiliations, countries
  Underline the presenting author’s name

How to Submit:

• Submit your abstract via our online submission portal, or

• Receive a confirmation email within 3 working days. Didn’t receive it? Please follow up.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

If your abstract is accepted and you’ve registered for the conference, you are encouraged to submit your full paper for review and potential publication in the GASR Conference Proceedings or partner journals.

Formatting Specifications:

• Length: 6–8 pages
• Language: English, thoroughly proofread
• Visuals: High-quality figures/tables with captions and references
• Keywords: Include 3–5 descriptive keywords
• Author Info: Full names, affiliations, and country names

Recommended Paper Structure:

• Introduction – Present the research background and importance
• Objectives & Methodology – Describe research goals and approach
• Results & Discussion – Present findings and interpretation
• Conclusion – Summarize outcomes and implications
